The incentive is valid on all reservations until 30.06.2021 with sale completion on or before 31.09.2021.
Incentive is not valid in conjunction with any other offer/discount.
A purchaser's intention to take advantage of this offer must be disclosed at the time of reserving the property before any other discount is applied and recorded on the Reservation Form.
Payslips for last three months need to be presented at the time of reservation to confirm Key Worker or Armed Forces status.
Incentive will be calculated based on the mortgage offer presented to the Sales Representative and amount up to maximum 12 months mortgage payments or £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) whichever applies earlier.
